We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason such as not adhering to our TOS, poor communication, price bargaining, rudeness or hostility and design related issues such as hate symbology. For any reasons such as those listed, may lead to permanent blacklisting.Privacy Policy
We guarantee full privacy of any customers' personal information such as names, addresses and payment details. We reserve the right to make our prices and quotes public information in order to prevent scamming or profit reselling attempts.Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 16 years old to send us a commission request or purchase any of our products. Products are not intended to be used by minors under 16. Commissions are for personal use only. If there is any doubt, documents for age confirmation from clients may be solicited. Any proof of ID sent will be deleted and not stored or shared after confirmation.

Once work on the project has begun, photos and updates will be sent through your preferred messaging platform. Progress updates will be sent when any relevant progress has been made. Alterations must be requested before progress is made else it may result in additional fees which will be based on additional work needed or materials required or wasted.Refunds and Cancellations
Full refunds are not guaranteed and may only be available if no materials have been ordered and no work has been started. If a cancellation is placed, only a partial refund will be issued depending on the money spent on materials used and specifically ordered for the project as well as the amount of work that has been completed. A refund request after the project has been completed before it has been shipped will result in a 15% refund.Any products refunded or cancelled may be resold and listed as a premade. Products may be modified before reselling however, we reserve the right to complete the suit with its original design if it is near completion.Shipping
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product and will vary depending on where you are based. All items shipped are insured and tracked and will not be sent without these options. Pick up from the workshop is not an option. Clients are reliable for insuring items in cases of returns and repairs.Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be liable to pay custom import fees and VAT on receival of your products purchased.We have a 14 day return policy on premades only, shipping must be covered by the buyer.Any product damage or usage will be subtracted from the refund at our discretion. All suits come with a 3 month warranty from the day of arrival. Repairs needed during this time will only require payment of shipping or postage. Our warranty and repairs cover any fabrication defect or typical wear and tear and does not apply for rough or strenuous use of the product, alterations not made by us and adult activity.After 3 months, repairs will cost a fee depending on the severity of the work. Shipping and insurance for all refunds and repairs must be covered by the client.Please ensure any returns are sanitary and washed otherwise it will be refused for repairs and modifications.Allergies

Due to promotional reasons all our products will be posted. However, in some cases upon special request, we can withhold posting pictures of the process and finished product until arrival for commissions.All of our faux fur is sourced from Howl Fabric and BigZFabric exclusively. For Mochi Minky colours not provided by BigZFabric, we can order through Hopen Textiles. We do not offer custom dyed fabrics. Arrival for our fabrics typically takes between 1-3 weeks and 4 weeks for Hopen Textiles. Caring for your Sonstafurs fursuitFollowing all of our care steps is crucial to maintaining your suits quality. Fursuit parts should be disinfected after use and washed after being worn for long periods of time as well as being gently brushed before and after use. If it is not properly cared for, your suit may be susceptible to issues such as growing mould, bad smells and dull or damaged fur.

WashingWe recommend hand washing all your fursuit parts to ensure the ultimate care and longevity of your suit ♡All fursuit parts should be washed in cool or room temperature water, hot water must never be used as the heat will permanently damage and warp the faux fur fibres.Only a very small amount of detergent should be used alongside a colour catcher sheet in order to prevent potential colour run. Ensure you use a detergent that is suitable for faux fur synthetic fibres. Avoid bleach heavy ingredients as it may fade fabric colours. Do not use fabric softener as it will leave a layer of residue on the fur fibres as well as reducing the moisture-wicking ability of the lining.

HandpawsSubmerge your hand paws in the water. Using your hands or a soft washcloth, gently wash the surface area. Ensure the inside of the paws are also properly washed as the lining will absorb most of the sweat.Once washed, excess water can be carefully squeezed or pushed out. Do not twist or wring them out as it may warp and damage your paws shape.Drain the water and with fresh detergent free water, rinse and wash the paws again ensuring the detergent is all washed out. You may want to repeat this step a few times.After thoroughly rinsing them, drain the water back out of the fabric again, ensuring to do so with care.Do not use any heat when drying, it is best to lay the paws out flat on a drying rack or towel in a well ventilated area. Do not hang them up as the weight from the water could cause the fabric to stretch. The inside of the paws may have more difficulty drying, a fan can be directed towards it so that they are not left damp. Using a slicker brush, ensure you brush the fur throughout the drying process so it dries in the correct direction and without clumps.Once they are fully dried, they can be stored back safely. Make sure they are put away in a suitable container or bag so that they do not gather additional dust or dirt between uses.
